SHIPPING & RETURNS
During our slower months (January through October), you can expect your order to be shipped in 1-3 business days. In our busy months (November and December), please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be pulled and shipped. Shipping time will then depend on where your order is being shipped. In most cases, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order from the time you placed it online.
Please note, we only ship Monday through Friday. Orders submitted on Thursday or Friday during the hot summer months will not be shipped until the following Monday. If you have chosen Express shipping and it is a Thursday or Friday, please call us if your package needs to ship before the following Monday. If you have chosen an Express shipping option any day of the week, and you need the order to ship the day it was placed, the order must be submitted by 12:00pm MST.
To ship to APO/FPO addresses, you must select the USPS Priority Shipping Option to get a proper quote. If you are not shipping to an APO/FPO state (AA, AE, AP) and you select USPS Priority Shipping, your ship option may be changed and you will be charged additional shipping costs.
Hammond’s Candies is proud to handcraft some of the world’s most nostalgic candies with the same careful craftsmanship that Mr. Carl T. Hammonds, Sr. originally created in 1920. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the information below.
If your candy arrived melted or broken:
While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, breakage and melting does occur from time to time. If your order arrives with broken or melted products, please reach out to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. If notification is received within 72 hours of delivery, we will be happy to replace the products at no additional cost to you.
If the candy you received doesn’t look like it did online:
Because many of Hammond’s Candies are made by hand, the color and shape of the candy may vary slightly from the photos you see online. Your computer or mobile device’s screen resolution and settings may also affect the colors you see when viewing our products online. If you still feel as though the candy received is not what you ordered, please reach out to email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery.
If you received the wrong product or you are missing part of your order:
Please refer to your order confirmation email to verify what you purchased. If you find that you received something you didn’t order or you are missing products, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will ensure that you receive the products you ordered at no additional cost to you. Please note: Notification must be received within 72 hours of delivery.
If you were unhappy with your order for any other reason:
